1. Printed books will be shipped ONLY to addresses in the USA, via regular mail;
2. If I do not purchase the optional "guaranteed shipping", I will not hold the vendor responsible for loss of printed book in the mail. Accordingly, I will not request a chargeback from my credit card company, claiming that I did not receive the book.
3. Once I receive the E-Book via email, I will not request a chargeback for any reason whatsoever.
4. I understand that all sales are FINAL.
