Q-1: Is this not the Matrix Method? - What's wrong with the Matrix method? A-1: In the "Matrix" method - the evaluator looks at all the criteria (as a group) and assigns Weights to them. Then (s)he takes one criterion at a time - and compares all the candidates (as a group) and assigns Points. Finally (s)he multiplies the points by the weights to arrive at a final "ranking". Group comparison is a very difficult process. We have proven that the "matrix" method is not time consistent and also that it is highly subjective.   Q-2: Each company has it's own "culture". We want to maintain that spirit. A-2: When you make a decision- you consider many criteria - almost intuitively.
