| Q-1: Is this not the Matrix Method? - What's wrong with the Matrix method? |
| A-1: In the "Matrix" method - the evaluator looks at all the criteria (as a group) and assigns Weights to them. Then (s)he takes one criterion at a time - and compares all the candidates (as a group) and assigns Points. Finally (s)he multiplies the points by the weights to arrive at a final "ranking". Group comparison is a very difficult process. We have proven that the "matrix" method is not time consistent and also that it is highly subjective. |

| Q-2: Each company has it's own "culture". We want to maintain that spirit. |
A-2: When you make a decision- you consider many criteria - almost intuitively. We encourage you to identify these criteria and let XpertUS determine their relative importance. You can include "culture" as a criterion.
E.g. If the Company hires only those involved in community activities - make this a criterion. |

|
| Q-3: What makes XpertUS - so different? |
| A-3: See the "What makes XpertUS unique" (pull down menu) for a comprehensive list of benefits of XpertUS. |
| |
|
| Q-4: Why not let the "evaluator" assign the criteria weights? |
| A-4: We are all "human" and we have our preferences. A direct assignment of weights - leads to bias. XpertUS makes it nearly impossible for the evaluator to "bias" the final outcome.. |
| |
|
| Q-5: How does XpertUS eliminate "subjectivity"! |
| A-5: XpertUS does not "eliminate" subjectivity. No program can do that. However, XpertUS will "minimize" the subjective element in decision-making. |
| |
|
| Q-6: Why should I rely on XpertUS, and not on my evaluation? |
| A-6: A-6: XpertUS is based on the Analytical Hierarchical Process - developed originally by Dr. Saaty, at the Univ. of Houston. It has been used by many, for over 20 years - and has been tested extensively, and found to be reliable. |
| |
|
| Q-7: How does XpertUS reduce Bias & Favoritism? |
| A-7: Because XpertUS relies on "pair wise" comparison of criteria and candidates - XpertUS makes it nearly impossible for the evaluator to "bias" the final outcome. |
| |
|
| Q-8: Machines should not make decisions - humans should? |
A-8: XpertUS does not make the decision - the user does. XpertUS "ranks" the candidates, based on user inputs. Ultimately the human being makes the decision by:
A - the quality of the data input
B - making the final decision based on the ranking provided by XpertUS |
| |
|
| Q-9: Does XpertUS make the decision for me? |
A-9: XpertUS does not make the decision. The user does. XpertUS "ranks" the candidates, based on user inputs. Ultimately the human being makes the decision by :
A - the quality of the data input
B - making the final decision based on the ranking provided by XpertUS |

|
| Q-10: What are the legal implications of a decision made with XpertUS? |
| A-10: Since XpertUS does not make decisions- there are no "legal" implications. |
| |
|
| Q-11: You said, "A decision must stand the test of time!" - What do you mean? |
A-11: Since "group" comparison is very difficult, we tend to rank differently - each time we do an evaluation. Imagine you are looking at 7 photos of "Miss Universe" candidates. If you are asked to "rank" them - today you will have one ranking; next month - you will rank them differently. We conducted several tests to prove this.
Since XpertUS relies on "pair wise" comparisons - the decision tends to be the same each time. |

|
| Q-12: The software is expensive! |
A-12: What is the price of a bad decision?
We do not sell the software. You only pay a small fee, for usage. |
| |
|
| Q-13: Can we run it on a Network? |
| A-13: XpertUS - being a standalone product, can be loaded on to a network. However, it may be necessary to make some minor modifications. |
| |
|
| Q-14: What about input from a database or a text file? |
| A-14: Yes you can do this using the "auto-mode" |
| |
|
| Q-15: We have our own Criteria? We use them all the time! |
| A-15: You can rank your Criteria - and save them for future use. This way - you will use the same "weights" all the time. Similarly you can "force" your own weights |
| |
|
| Q-16: Why do I need XpertUS? |
| A-16: In today's world you are faced with a lot of information, and many criteria and candidates. It is humanly impossible to make the "best" decision when you are dealing with this type of situation. XpertUS is a life-savior. |
| |
|
| Q-17: Are XpertUS Agents/Consultants/Distributors required to have "liability" insurance? |
| A-17: Since XpertUS does not make decision - there is no need to obtain "liability" insurance, as far as performance of XpertUS is concerned. However, since they are Independent Contractors, working for themselves, they should maintain adequate coverage for other activities performed by the companies, consistent with "territorial" requirements. |
| |
|
| Q-18: When I visit homes (during a house purchase) do I assign points to the houses? |
| A-18: No - You simply note down your observations. Later on you compare these "pair wise" - when you enter data |
