Dr. Wirasinghe, an Oil & Gas industry specialist and a University Professor, has published papers on topics relating to Management, Engineering and Economics. He is an internationally recognized authority on decision-making.
In 1990, Dr. Wirasinghe developed his groundbreaking decision-making methodology. Initially, it was developed as a technique for deciding where to drill for oil, based on seismic studies from different locations. Today, his process is used in disciplines as diverse as Budgeting, Career Planning, Safety, Purchasing, Bid Evaluation, Recruiting, Performance Evaluations, Customer Rankings, etc.

Marco Wirasinghe - Co-founder & Director
Being a member of the Board of Directors, he consults on business and marketing strategy as well as product development.
Marco is the co-founder of the XpertUS project, which started in 1998. He developed the first three versions of the product before he joined Intel.
Marco currently serves as a Marketing Strategist at Intel. Before doing marketing, Marco was a Senior Architect working to develop Intel’s Centrino product family. Previously, Marco was a consultant and project manager at Air Liquide. Marco graduated with high honors from the University of Houston with a B.Sc. in Computer Science in December 2000.
Dr. Jamison M. Day – Director
Dr. Day has 12 years of experience in information system and decision support technology. Before obtaining his doctorate in Operations Management and Decision Science at the Kelley School of Business, Jamison served as the Chief Technical Officer for Advanteq, LLC, a technology and business development consulting firm.
Jamison is currently on faculty in the department of Information and Logistics Technology at the University of Houston where his research interests include decision theory models, inter-organizational supply chain operations, asynchronous coordination of artificial intelligent heuristics with optimization techniques, and pricing and procurement in revenue management.
Adrian Radu - V.P. European Marketing
Adrian has 16 years of experience in diverse fields of information technology and has been involved with different end-users from university professors to managers as well as employees at all levels.
Before joining the XpertUS venture, Adrian was the CIO at one of the most prestigious private health care corporate service provider from Romania - Unirea Medical Center - where he designed and developed the entire IT infrastructure of this institution, which expanded from 1 clinic in 2001 to 7 in 2007, serving more than 100,000 clients from hundreds of corporations and major multinationals in Romania. During this period Unirea Medical Center attained a market valuation in excess of 30 million Euros.
His IT expertise includes information management, software implementation, multiple systems architecture design & procurement, troubleshooting, technical
support, staff computer literacy & training. Adrian has a BS in Sciences {Psychology & Sociology} from the University of West, Timisoara - Romania and has been also involved in post-graduate course & seminars in the field of psychology, personal development and international relations.
Gregory R. Peddle - Director
Greg is a partner in North Coast Software, a custom software services firm. Past projects include expert systems, visualization projects and software documentation and training for corporate customers including IBM, Steelcase and the US Postal Service.
North Coast Software provides technical support for the XpertUS decision-maker software.
A talented and creative thinker, he is able to bring a wide variety of experiences to any discussion. He values curiosity and the ability to 'think outside the box'.
He is a veteran of the US Navy, where he was assigned to a nuclear power plant.
Greg obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of New York, Regents College.
Dudley Anderson - Director
Dudley has a BS in Economics and a MBA in Finance & Marketing. As CFO of Burzynski Research Institute, Inc. (A publicly traded company), he has extensive board level finance and operations responsibilities. His strengths include capital enhancement, risk assessment, financial and economic analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business development.
