With the availability of the XpertUS Decision-Maker software, Shanmar Inc. is now in a position to provide decision-making support on an ongoing basis.
1. Retainer Service
There are many instances where "Governing Boards" and other similar "Entities" need an Independent "agency" to provide guidance in the areas such as - Purchasing, Selection of Contractors/Consultants, Bid/Tender Evaluation, Recruitment, etc.
Shanmar Inc. acting as such "agency" - will meet with the Entity and make an estimate of the workload and agree on an annual charge. Once this is agreed upon, Shanmar Inc. will provide evaluations on an ongoing basis, in a timely manner.
2. One-Time Evaluations
If an Organization needs to the need conduct the occasional evaluation of a - Purchase Order, Selection of a Contractor/Consultant, Bid/Tender Evaluation or Recruitment such Organization would include a member of Shanmar Inc.'s team.
Shanmar Inc.'s participation would include the XpertUS decision-maker software, at no additional cost.
